Researcher and Global Policy Lead at the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI)

Felipe provides strategic leadership to the Multidimensional Poverty Peer Network, a network of nearly 60 governments and 20 international organisations that implement or are in the process of implementing official multidimensional poverty measures. His doctoral research at the Oxford Department of International Development focused on the negotiations between the Colombian government and agrarian movements that initiated after the 2013 and 2014 national agrarian strikes. Felipe recently won the 2019 social sciences award from the Fundación Alejandro Angel Escobar.
